Our client has an excellent and challenging new opportunity for a General Manager.
This role is responsible for the agreement and implementation of the dealership business plans in order to achieve/exceed planned profitability, the growth and development of the dealership business, infrastructure and systems, the management and development of all colleagues in the dealership, and the development of the relationship with manufacturer partners, internal and external suppliers, colleagues and customers of the dealership and the Franchise partner.
Candidates will have the experience, skills and track record to manage and drive a dealership.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Candidates must be approachable and trustworthy, and possess the ability to develop their team and manage change through customer focused strategic planning.
This is a superb opportunity for an individual who possesses significant motor retail General Management experience, ideally with a volume franchise and who feels ready to take on the challenge of this senior appointment.
