General Manager - Surrey
Managing an established BMW business you will relish the opportunity to grow the dealership to its full potential. Responsible for sales, service and parts you will have a real understanding of how to maximise return and profitability, involving budgets, sales process, customer service and marketing.
Sales Manager - Surrey
Key responsibilites include achieving monthly performance objectives through managing the Sales Specialists and assiting them in their roles. As Sales Manager you will be focused on providing the highest level of customer service as well as achieving sales conversions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the sales process is managed effectively, including monitoring pro-active activities as well as follow up calls. An understanding of business/finance management would also be a distinct advantage.
