The preferred candidate will display a robust and disciplined approach to sales process, effective stock and resource management, an uncompromising approach to achieving the business plan, and outstanding team building and people skills. Interpersonal and communication skills that can also be described as oustanding, good IT literacy (ideally with Kerridge), and a strong focus on profitable used car retailing are all key requirements.
