£55k + bonus+ benefits + OTE c£70k

Our client is a privately owned automotive group who has enjoyed a lengthy and successful association with Mercedes-Benz. They now seek an experienced General Manager with a strong sales bias to take on the role of General Manager/Group Sales Manager.

With full site and profit responsibility for one Mercedes-Benz site, together with Sales management responsibilities across the group, you will need excellent leadership and organisational skills, as well as being highly customer focused.

This will be a highly challenging role and calls for someone with an exceptional track record as a General Manager within a large retail operation with a strong sales bias, ideally with experience in a group role. Successful candidates will have prestige franchise background – ideally Mercedes-Benz, however, if you can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of business acumen and proven results with another prestige franchise we would like to hear from you.
