Reporting to the Ford Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing the dealership team with positive and dynamic leadership, motivating and inspiring them to achieve sales and aftersales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer care.
The role demands a real flair for effective sales and marketing, along with expertise in planning and organising and superb communication skills. The successful candidate will possess a proven and successful track record in people and sales/aftersales management within the motor industry.
