The opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead our team at Lexus Teesside, the very latest state-of-the-art Lexus Centre opening in January 2007.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate considerable expertise in sales management, have excellent motivational skills, vision and intellectual capacity to add value to all aspects of the business. The individual must also possess a passion for delivering the very highest levels of customer satisfactopn and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
This is a challenging role in a busy environment and candidates should therefore demonstrate sound analytical skills, coupled with the ability to rapidly process and assimilate a wide range of information and market data. Computer literacy and an understanding of databases are essential.
