Our client a long established Small Volume Franchise are looking to recruit a General Manager.This position requires an individual who is able to generate impressive results by increasing sales of vehicles. Key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop a team of staff members to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceed the planned profitability of the site. You will be responsible for the growth and development of all departments within the dealership and you will be challenged to exceed targets, achieve high customer satisfaction levels and deliver a good profit performance.
Ideally performing a similar role at present, the successful candidate will receive an outstanding package that will recognise their previous achievements as well as reflect upon our client's expectations of their future performance.
