A rare opportunity, reporting to the Group Director, you will take responsibility for Branch financial performance meeting and exceeding targets on a monthly basis.
Leading and coaching your team to achieve its highest potential.
Ensuring your customers have the best possible experience, and return time and again.
Interrogating essential management information to make decisions that maximise every sales opportunity (whether that be in units, Parts, accessories or hours).
Working with the Group team to develop your business, and win new customers, generate dynamic plans for a successful future.
To be considered for this role you will need.
A good general standard of education, including A-levels or equivalent.
Demonstrable success as a Dealer Principal or General Manager, preferably within a Group environment.
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to engage, motivate and coach both individuals and teams.
A process and best practice approach, combined with sound business judgement and personal integrity.
You will need to be resilient, with a positive outlook, and a clear desire and personal motivation to exceed targets.
