An opportunity has arisen for a suitable candidate to join Drive Motor Retail Ltd as General Manager of our Leamington Spa Dealership.

Drive Motor Retail are the largest privately owned Vauxhall Dealer Group in the UK, established in 2003 and with twelve sites, an annual turnover of £220 million and 700 employees. Drive is well regarded in the Vauxhall network and has gained significant recognition throughout the industry winning many National Awards.

The Person

We are seeking an ambitious industry professional who is looking for their career to progress from running either a small to medium size branch or a large department to a full blown volume dealership. We require a stable work history with a minimum of three years in their current role and a track record that can demonstrate a thorough understanding of all departments within a dealership. The ideal candidate can be from either a sales or aftersales background and will need to live within 45min drive time of the dealership.

The Role

To have full financial and operational responsibility for the Dealership whilst providing daily coaching and mentoring for the management team to deliver the required results. To report to the Director’s, working with them to strategically develop both the people and the business.
