At PCR Peugeot/Citroen Romford, we are currently recruiting for a General Manager to demonstrate strong leadership skills to create and maintain a robust, sustainable, professional, motivated team. The primary purpose of the role is to manage all dealership staff on a day to day basis to achieve budgeted levels of profitability, together with achieving Peugeot Motor Company and Citroen UK Limited objectives in all areas of the business.
You will be well organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively. You will possess excellent interpersonal and people management skills together with being well versed in building effective working relationships and motivating those around you to continuously improve the business.
We are looking for someone with sound knowledge of the Motor Industry with a proven track record at General Manager level. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to manage one of the largest sites in London.
