The next phase of our exciting expansion programme is now taking the Solus model to other parts of the UK, and we require highly capable and motivated General Managers, who have a passion for quality and customer service, to manage and drive our new sites.
Leading a highly trained team, you will be responsible for the profitable day to day operation of a multi-million pound business, with vehicle manufacturer approvals, repairing 2,500 vehicles a year.
You will need to demonstrate a structured career path and the successful management of a similar-sized organisation with P&L responsibility. You should be process-driven and possess the motivational leadership to achieve excellence in your team, and in your customer service delivery.
The position offers excellent opportunities for further progression with training from specialists and mentors from our own Academy and vehicle manufacturers, as well as long-term security.
