Your role will be to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the Sales Executives.
Responsible for the purchase, preparation and display of vehicles, you will also be able to manage and develop relationships with the manufacturer, customers and colleagues across the group.
You will demonstrate commercial awareness, profit orientation and the ability to inspire the sales team to ensure they remain focused on customer satisfaction.
You should be an established motor industry professional and must be FSA approved.
The ideal candidate will currently be a successful Car Sales Manager.
You must be committed to achieving excellence and must be capable of generating impressive results by increasing sales, profitability and operating efficiency.
You will be able to demonstrate that you share the company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
