An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic General Sales Manager to head up its dynamic sales team at one of the dealerships in Sussex.
Reporting to the General Manager, the key responsibility for this role is to control and drive forward all aspects of a large car sales department, ensuring Mercedes-Benz brand values are upheld throughout.
You must be able to maintain control over stock, costs and marketing; as well as motivating a sales team to deliver exceptional levels of customer care while exceeding demanding dealership sales targets.
This position would suit an experienced automotive sales manager and should be viewed as an outstanding opportunity to achieve a key role within one of the UK's leading specialist automotive retail groups.
