GENERAL SALES MANAGER C£70K
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performance management, staff retention and F&I growth and development. They will be well organised and adaptable and be able to demonstrate the key attributes required to drive and
develop a sales team in excess of 25 people. These include Sales Executives, Sales Controllers and Business Managers.
You will be a self motivated, dynamic, driven and forward thinking individual. You will lead your team to achieve the businesses targets on a short, medium and long term basis. This is a role for someone who is currently demonstrating spectacular sales and profit results. The successful applicant will
have experience of managing a team in a high volume sales environment via a hands on approach.
SALES CONTROLLER £60K OTE
We also have a post for a Sales Controller. You will need to be computer literate, have excellent communication and motivational skills and have a very “Hands on approach”. Drive and determination along with the ability to lead a team of highly trained Sales Executives is necessary to maintain and develop their current performance.
