Sytner Harold Wood has recently opened the doors of its new, flagship Aftersales facility. This now creates the opportunity to build one of the biggest and most exciting BMW/MINI sales complexes in Europe. Our aim is to retail more than 2000 vehicles annually, and create unprecedented standards of satisfaction for customers, our employees and manufacturer partners. We are looking to make a key appointment of - General Sales Manager - this exceptional individual will lead the hand-picked team of proven sales professionals already in place - an outstanding achiever capable of the performance demanded by this significant investment.

Your management and communication skills will be exceptional. You will need to demonstrate that you have excelled in managing change in a fast growing business. Whilst it is not necessary for you to come from a BMW background, you will certainly have the attributes to act as a role model in setting and delivering the very highest standards of customer service for which Sytner is renowned. That leader will have experience of selling prestige cars in volume, that leader will become the most successful seller of BMW's in what will be an outstanding BMW & MINI dealership.
