As General Sales Manager you will proactively manage the activities of the sales team for Mercedes-Benz. Leading by example, on a day to day basis you will ensure that the Mercedes-Benz experience is delivered to every customer, whilst also dealing with operational management issues.
„X Manage the day-to-day operation of the site working with other Senior Site Managers to cover the operational needs
„X To manage the outputs from the Sales Team in one of the largest and most well-established Sales Departments in the organisation
„X Manage the budget and control costs within the department
„X Manage the sales process to achieve planned sales volumes, profit levels and F&I penetration
„X Manage the business to achieve planned and budgeted profitability
„X Liaising proactively with the potential customers whilst explaining and answering questions
„X Dealing with after sales issues, building an interface between sales, after sales and head office in order to ensure highest customer satisfaction
„X Manage, motivate, coach and train staff to create and maintain an effective sales team
„X Managing promotion and merchandising measurements proactively in order to ensure the Mercedes-Benz image
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
„X Experience of sales management within the motor trade
„X Excellent communication and management skills
„X Experience of used car valuation and of managing a small teamV
„X IT Literacy, ideally Kerridge experience
„X Full clean driving licence
