Managing the day-to-day operation of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for achieving the ultimate levels of customer satisfaction with the attainment of some stretching volumes, margins and profit targets. The successful candidate will demonstrate that they have managed a disciplined sales process and that they can operate within a dynamic, results-orientated environment. Experience within the premium sector is not a prerequisite however previous experience in the Retail Motor Trade is essential, together with strength of character and considerable personal drive.
