Here's what you'll have to be able to do the job.
Demonstrable success as an experienced Sales Manager or General Sales Manager preferably within a Group environment.
Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to engage, motivate and coach both individuals and teams.
A process and best practice approach, combined with sound business judgement and personal integrity.
Ability to interrogate and analyse the management accounts and DMS (Kerridge, ideally) with a view to improving performance.
You must have a positive outlook, and a clear desire and personal motivation to exceed targets.
