Our Client occupies an imposing location in North Oxford and is part of a major Group with vehicle Importation and Retailing interests. With an enviable new vehicle product portfolio covering all sectors, including 4x4 and LCV, a real career opportunity exists to lead and motivate a sales team. We are looking for an inspirational team leader with very sound new and used vehicle sales & marketing ability, to take profitability and CSI to the next level.
There is no doubt that this exciting role will stretch the skills of an experienced Retail Sales Manager, but the working environment, support and future career progression to other roles within the Group are unquestionable.
Living within one hour commute of Oxfordshire, your career track record to date should demonstrate stability and progression, with organizational flair, team leadership ability and great salesmanship. Gained within a volume retail Main Dealer environment, you will be leading a team of six Sales Executives selling in excess of 1000 new & used units and possess a fundamental knowledge of Business Management and Financial awareness.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this is an immediate appointment for the right individual.
