General Sales Manager - Huddersfield
£45-£50K OTE + Company Benefits.

They require a General Sales Manager of the highest calibre to join their Jaguar Dealership in Huddersfield. Responsible for the management of Sales Executives, the main purpose of the job is to drive sales and financial targets, develop a successful sales team, generate sales plans and budgets to include new and used cars, accessories, F+I, overheads, and all related items.
You will currently be in a position of management/Supervisor operating in a prestige environment with at least two years experience, seeking the next step in your career. You must have a proven track record of achieving manufacturer targets, be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability, possess excellent interpersonal skills with drive and an enthusiasm for teamwork. You will be self-motivated, focused on achieving goals and be able to demonstrate high achievement.
