To succeed you must have a proven track record in a business management position, ideally within the prestige sector. Both the New and Used BMW car showrooms have recently been refurbished to the highest standards and with it comes high expectations. You will be responsible for managing both operations through the existing management structure, so strong communication and leadership skills are essential. You will also be leading a team of highly motivated Sales professionals within an already established business. You will need to demonstrate that you have excelled in managing change and certainly have the attributes to act as a role model in setting and delivering the very highest standards of customer service for which Sytner is renowned. Main Duties:

•Overall responsibility for the performance of the New Car Sales Department and the Used Car Sales Department.
•To ensure that there are robust systems surrounding Enquiry Management in order that every opportunity is maximised to the full.
•To achieve Manufacturer’s Sales targets, for both New & Used BMW.
•To deliver and maintain the highest standards of customer service.
•To be fully conversant with the Manufacturers Standards including all elements relating to any Bonus structures.
•Develop, Coach and motivate team members.
•Create effective marketing plans to support the Manufacturer’s objectives.
•Ensure the sales process is strictly adhered to.
•Maintain good communication channels within the Team, The Dealership, The Group and The Manufacturer.
