Due to rapid growth, and gearing up over for over 15,000 vehicles to be sold to over 5,000 dealers in 2005 the company requires a General Sales Manager.
This important role will report to the Sales and Marketing Director and will be responsible for achieving the Company's annual sales target and for developing the sales team to ensure that the business becomes the market leader in its sector. You will do this by utilising a combination of the sales and motor industry at your disposal.
Have an in depth understanding of the wholesale vehicle marker and its infastructure together with a thorough knowledge of vehicle specifications and values.
Have an understanding of the retail motor market and the everyday challenges that our dealer customers face.
Be results driven with an exellent mangement skills, capable of combining the experience, skills, and enthusiasm of your telephone sales team to achieve targets.
Capable of contributing to the company's strategic development and communicating your iews and ideas to the senior mangement team.
Have the energy and capability to work in this fast paced environment with both team and on your own initiative.
Be ambitious and keen to develop with the business and be able to meet the challenges of a rapidly developing company.

A very attractive financial and benifit package, with earning potential up to £50,000 OTE is available for the winning candidate who demonstrates the drive, flair and enthusiasm to succeed in this exciting, and results driven environment.
