General Sales Manager

This important role will report to the Sales and Marketing Director and will be responsible for achieving the Company's annual sales target and for developing the sales team to ensure that the business becomes the market leader in its sector. You will do this by utilising a combination of the sales and motor industry expertise at your disposal.

You will have an in depth understanding of the wholesale vehicle market and its infrastructure together with a thorough knowledge of vehicle specifications and values. Have an understanding of the retail motor market and the everyday challenges that our dealer customers face. Be results driven with excellent management skills, capable of combining the experience, skills and enthusiasm of your telephone sales team to achieve targets. Capable of contributing to the company's strategic development and communicating your views and ideas to the senior management team. Have the energy and capability to work in this fast paced environment with both the team and on your own initiative. Be ambitious and keen to develop with the business and be able to meet the challenges of a rapidly developing company. A very attractive financial and benefit package, with earning potential up to £50,000 OTE is available for the winning candidate who demonstrates the drive, flair and enthusiasm to succeed in this exciting, and results driven environment.
