General sales manager
OTE £55,000 + company car + pension + benefits
We are looking for an experienced motor industry professional to take on the the challenge of this sales based general management role at our Isle of Wight dealership.
Reporting directly to the group managing director you will have full P&L responsibility for our BMW, MINI and Land Rover brands and be ultimately responsible for the dealership management team. Your primary responsibility will be the day to day management of the sales teams and, as such, the development of our new and used car business, including F&I income.
You will need to have at least three years sales and general management experience within the franchised motor industry and be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of all aftersales functions. In addition you must be able to demonstrate true leadership qualities and possess both the intellect and determination to drive all three brands with equal vigour.
