We are currently seeking to identify four General Sales Managers for top performing Honda dealerships located in the south of England.
You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of people as well as being "hands-on" yourself. We require people who can clearly demonstrate high standards of leadership, with a right first time attitude to customer service. Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation will also be a pre-requisite.
In addition, you will need to demonstrate a structured career path, with relevant progression preferably through the sales operations of a dealership.
In return for your ability and performance we will offer on target earnings of up to £50k p.a.
