This senior and influential role focuses on leading business change and continuous improvement across the Porsche Retail Group.
Reporting directly to the Group General Manager and leading a Head Office operations team, you will research, plan, formulate and launch initiatives which will deliver performance improvement, heightened customer satisfaction and increased financial performance.
A mix of strategic vision and operational delivery, you will drive the business to embrace change, yet focus on leading and delivering the personnel development and operational best practice needed to achieve that change.
Ideally a graduate and with retail automotive experience, you will bring strong analytical and project management skills, and a level of commerciality and financial literacy that will enable you to set goals and measure your team’s success in bottom line business improvement.
A critical member of the senior team, and an excellent influencer, you will be at ease motivating a team of experts and working within a peer group of other professionals. The successful candidate will be a proven completer finisher who has experience of managing remote resources.
