Our client, a privately owned dealer group, that has been established for over 30 years and based in the North West, requires a well organised and enthusiastic Group Financial Officer. As a member of the Senior Management Team you will report to the Operations Director and be directly responsible for twelve staff in a central accounts department.

The group currently operates from 10 locations, representing 5 manufacturers and has a turnover of approximately £70million. It is proud to have an excellent reputation built by delivering high standards of quality and customer care.

This is a busy, hands-on position with responsibilities including: production of monthly management and annual financial accounts, monthly submission of IFC information to manufacturers, VAT returns, Executive payroll, Cash control, Company Secretarial responsibilities and overall Systems Management.

The successful applicant will be well organised, pay attention to detail with good accounting and IT knowledge as well as strong Excel skills. CIMA qualification or similar would be an advantage. Previous motor industry experience is required.
