We are looking to recruit a highly professional individual to head up the Group’s Fleet Sales Programme.
The successful candidate must have previous Fleet management experience at a senior level within the motor industry and be able to attract new customers as well as building upon our existing corporate and local business activities.
Leading by example, you will ensure that the Fleet departments within the dealerships are delivering the best customer support at all levels.
Your excellent communication skills and your natural flair to lead and motivate will have provided you with the experience to create an environment whereby employees and managers are coached and developed to excel in their roles.
You will have a proven track record in negotiating and influencing and will be able to demonstrate that you possess the requisite man-management skills to drive forward the activity and performance of the Corporate Sales teams.
