We are looking for a dedicated and self-disciplined individual with excellent knowledge of automotive sales techniques and processes to join our team. So are you well organised and structured whilst being highly motivational and dynamic? If so, you could be the person we are looking for.
Working independently, the job holder will set up, plan and implement inbound / outbound call handling in each of our dealerships ensuring prospecting targets are met and exceeded. The role involves gaining buy into this new way of working throughout our business. This means the job holder will be ensuring implementation of defined processes and procedures which are designed to optimise the effectiveness of the Sales Advisor in terms of administration, customer contact / satisfaction as well as sales / appointment performance.
The role involves a high degree of collaboration with existing Line Managers, influencing them to swiftly adopt and drive through the new working practices, whilst achieving demonstrable performance improvement through their teams. There will be a mix of operational implementation combined with motivating and leading.
The ideal candidate will already possess a depth of know how in the automotive industry and is likely to have worked at Sales Controller / Manager level. They will be able to confidently coach one to one and readily communicate effectively to small groups of people.
Significant and substantial periods of time will be spent away from home as you operate and install the processes atvarious locations throughout Scotland.
