The John Clark Motor Group is one of Scotland’s largest motor dealer groups representing 8 franchises in 15 dealerships in the East of Scotland and employing approximately 700 employees.
We now require a group sales and aftersales training & programme manager to manage and develop the group sales and aftersales training and programmes. The training will focus on sales process, customer handling, operational systems use and new staff induction programmes. This role would cover all dealerships across the East of Scotland.
· Review current sales and aftersales programmes and processes
· Plan, develop and introduce sales and aftersales training programmes
· Assist in the development of standard sales and aftersales reporting for all dealerships
This role requires a professional dynamic attitude, a person who will have a positive influence on our business and our employees at all levels. You should be proficient in the use of motor industry computer packages and experienced in the development of sales and training programmes.
Motor trade experience is essential as is a positive approachable nature with good communication skills.
