We have been asked to identify a high calibre individual with a stable and progressive service background, gained in the volume car sector. This successful privately owned business has multiple brand facilities, representing European marques supported by an extensive Service and Parts operation. Poised for future acquisition and growth, we are looking for an individual who is able to grow with the business to Group Service level in the immediate future, and manage a service operation with ten Technicians, four Reception Staff and Warranty/Administration support.
It is essential that you have operated in a customer driven and dynamic team environment, where internal relationship management with Sales and Fleet departments has been positive and conducive to business growth.
Displaying sound financial management control and understanding, internal and external influence with Senior Management and Head Office staff would be an integral part of the role. Strong IT, Administration and reporting ability is central to the role as well as motivational flair and solid leadership understanding.
