Large Regional Group are seeking a special individual. They require someone experienced with warranty claims and procedures who are looking to manage a team of warranty administrators. You would be reporting directly to the Group Aftersales Manager. Part of the responsibility initially would be to look at the systems and processes in place, monitor the administrators and if necessary put processes into operation to ensure more effective and timely claims. You should be extremely organised and able to manage people. Your awareness to what is claimable would be paramount and working with the Service Managers in each dealership would be essential to maximise claiming potential.
