An exciting opportunity for a Head of Business has become available at our dealership in High Wycombe. The successful candidate’s will have experience in managing a volume based dealership. The sales department is targeted to deliver 500 new and 700 used Volkswagen passenger cars and the aftersales department is targeted to produce 1400 retail hours per year.
The roles will require you to manage a busy site with 50 staff. The role demands a strong understanding of Sales & Aftersales KPI’s as well as strong people management. Your role will be to ensure that dealership meets its manufacturer and dealership targets and objectives. You will actively lead the management team’s daily activities and provide hands on coaching and support.
You will have the ability to lead, manage and motivate your team to maximise every profit opportunity, whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
You must have a proven track record in managing a volume based dealership and be able to demonstrate delivering a profitable result.
