We are retained by the market leader in the provision of Specialist Data, Warranty, Vehicle Claim Solutions and other services to the Automotive Industry on a global basis. With international backing, the company is now looking to recruit an individual to head up the Commercial Divison, with a very strong bias on Sales & Marketing in a Business to Business and Business to Consumer environment.
We are seeking a broad range of skills for this role, but it is essential that the individual we find will be of gratuate calibre with an ability to lead and motivate a Sales & Commercial team internally as well as influencing key Clients and Industry leading companies externally. As part of an ongoing succession plan for this organisation, we would see this as a long term appointment for an individual who ultimately has the flexibility to progress their career to Managing Director level.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the negotiation of Service Level Agreement’s, Tenders, major contracts and possess a broad understanding of the Automoitive Market/Customer Service sector.
With a good knowledge of Project Management Processes, the ability to oversee new product development initiatives and an ongoing ability to manage a medium sized team the position will require previous Senior Management experience to achieve the desired success.
Indiviudals with the correct background who are living in Southern England or able to relocate to Southern England without complications will be seriously considered for this immediate appointment.
