Head of customer management
Location: Crewe, Cheshire

This newly created role is critical in ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience to all current and prospective Bentley owners.
Reporting to the marketing director, this senior managment position sits within the central sales and marketing function with the following responsibilities:
brand guardian of Bentley's worldwide customer strategy
development of an integrated customer contact plan
promotion of the cultural change across the Bentley network that will support the delivery of the Bentley customer experience
implementation of the Bentley customer satisfaction programme with focus on building and harnessing advocacy among Bentley owners
management of Bentley's customer team, with two direct reports and the contact centre.
Applications are welcomed from suitably qualified individuals with backgrounds in luxury goods or services, gained in the automotive or non-automotive market.
It is essential that a track record over a minimum five-year period demonstrates a real understanding and creative impact in achieving customer management excellence in the most discerning of environments.
Additionally, with a relevant degree and competent IT skills, the successful applicant must have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a consultative and creative mindset.
