£75,000 pa OTE plus car plus benefits

Nationwide is the UK’s leading accident repair group, uniquely offering both fixed site and mobile repair options as well as glass replacement and accident management services.Already highly successful in the UK insurance sector we have ambitious plans to repeat that success in the fleet market.
To help us achieve this we require an experienced sales manager to lead and develop our ambitious plans. Preferably educated to degree level and with a strong track record of success in the automotive sector, you will demonstrate a good understanding of UK fleet market. An experienced, focussed team player you will relish the opportunity to influence this significant new Nationwide development.
Main purpose of role:
To work closely with Divisional Managers and Territory Sales Managers to plan and execute penetration of the fleet repair market. To develop appropriate sales budgets and sales targets and to monitor performance against these, ensuring delivery of plan and producing appropriate management information and reports.
Experienced Sales Manager or Sales Director with significant automotive aftermarket knowledge and detailed knowledge of sales development techniques. A strong communicator with coaching and mentoring skills and strong leadership capability. Ability to analyse management information and create and deliver sales plans. Strong negotiating skills. Creative, results driven self starter. Able to work with minimal supervision and comfortable with regular travel.
Basic salary:£50,000 pa
Bonus potential:£25,000 pa
