Honda is the world’s leading motorcycle manufacturer with a diverse product range including cars, motorbikes, power equipment and marine. Due to an internal restructure, they have created a new role within their Motorcycle Division for a Motorcycle Launch Planning Manager.  The key task for this role will be to ensure that the new models planned for the next couple of years are planned and launched successfully across Europe.

Reporting to the Department Manager, this position will require excellent influencing skills at an international and senior level as well as communications and strategy planning with many departments including Sales, Supply, Marketing/PR, Customer and European operations.  The successful individual will be responsible for the production, maintenance and reporting of their project management planning tool including daily tracking of progress. 

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate clear project management and influencing skills at a senior level with a logical and detailed approach to your work.  Other pre-requisites include having outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.  You will enjoy challenging the norm and have a track record of managing and directing a team of direct and indirect reports.  You will ideally come from a background in Motorcycles and have an understanding and knowledge of dealer operations.

Please note this position will involve travel to Europe.
