We are recruiting an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join an established and professional Customer Service team at Honda Finance Head Office.
Honda Finance Europe is the finance arm of the leading automotive company Honda. They act as support to both dealership and end user providing contract hire, used car service, insurance and payment plans. Honda Finance offers a range of finance options which are available to customers and corporate businesses and this department is supported by its Customer Service Advisors who provide friendly and helpful support to the Honda customer and dealer network.
As Customer Service Advisor you will assist with the coordination of new business through relationship building with customers and dealers, as well as ensuring existing customers receive exceptional service at all times.
Passionate about Customer Service, you will be actively contributing towards the achievement of customer service level agreements, problem solving, handling customer enquiries and processing new business applications.
Processing of Dealer Finance cases
Processing and validating agreement documentation
Customer Complaints and enquiries
Customer Settlements and Financial Amendments
Experience within a Customer Services Call Centre with high volume calls is essential.
Experience of maintain first class relationships with both business and end user customers (B2B and B2C)
Strong administrative skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to communicate at all levels
High level of commitment
Experience of web based PC applications is desirable
Some flexibility on working hours is required
Ideally educated to A Level or equivalent
