Honda UK is recruiting for an Area Aftersales Manager to join the field based team to cover the Central Midlands area. The Area Aftersales Manager is responsible for the improvement in customer satisfaction and retention, leading to business and profit growth for both the network and the business.
The Area Aftersales Manager will drive programme implementation and marketing activities, whilst influencing the dealers to focus on the customer experience and achieving customer satisfaction targets as well compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
The Area Aftersales Manager will have a strong customer focus as well as commercial acumen and knowledge of the market and geographical territory.
The ideal applicant will have a background from both dealership and manufacturer in a similar role.
