Our client has a part-time (or full-time) opportunity for a HR Administrator at their busy site.
Duties include the preparation of starter packs for new employees, keeping job descriptions up-to-date, ensuring all staff holidays/absences are coordinated and recorded, and keeping managers informed of all changes.
Candidates will have previous experience within a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry, and will have current knowledge of the relevant governmental laws and regulations regarding employment legalities.
You will have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, possess excellent communication skills, and be IT literate with experience in Word and Excel.
