HR Manager For City Motor Holdings Limit
A privately owned £200 million tumover Motor Group require an experienced HR professional, reporting to the Managing Director and being based in Basingstoke responsible for:
Recruitment, training, inductions and appraisals.
Health and Safety monitoring.
HR requirements of FSA regulations.
Updating and writing of staff manuals and handbooks
Oversee and inform on payroll, employment contracts and employment legislation.
Ensure appropriate training and development programs are in place.
Excellent operational HR skills.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience of the Motor Industry desirable but not essential
Excellent rate of pay, fully expansed company car, private medical insurance and life insurance.
