Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Salary: £35,000 - Company Car, 24 day annual leave plus bank holidays

As HR Manager you will be responsible for coaching senior managers on HR issues, providing advice, guidance and training to Line Managers, leading interventions to enhance performance and lead initiatives to enhanced people engagement.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with 5 years plus generalist HR experience, be persistent, conscientiousness and have the natural ability to motivate.
You must be able to communicate confidently at all levels in the organisation, analyse information to identify and solve problems, propose solutions and make effective decisions and recognise and respond to the need for change and innovation to improve performance.
