This position has the following key responsibilities:
Development of Sales/Sales Management training material, Lesson Specifications, Leaders Guides (IBT) and Storyboards (WBT) Project management of external developers. Required qualifications and knowledge: Proven experience in developing courseware and training delivery Have a real passion for sales and training others how to raise their productivity and overall sales effectiveness
Knowledge of automotive industry specifically in Sales and Sales Management Experience with Opel/Saab/Chevrolet franchises advantageous
Creative team player, skilled communicator and customer focused MS O Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Lotus Notes, Pagemaker.
