Manage day-to-day running of Ford Accident Management programme
Manage relationships with existing insurance partners (RSA, AVIVA and RBS) through a regular visit programme.
Interface with prospective Insurers and large fleets to negotiate solus parts supply on behalf of Ford and work referral agreements on behalf of the FARC network.
Explore synergies and identify projects that mutually benefit FMC, the Ford dealer body and insurance partners.
Develop quarterly and FY sales projections by Insurance partner.
Communicate sell out programmes to insurer partners.
Monitor Insurer deal performance and payments quarterly.
Exceed Parts purchase sales out targets through Insurer/Fleet deals.
Monitor and communicate to head of collision insurer issues with the FARC and APS network.
Communicate FARC and Genuine parts messages to insurers and fleets to build FARC and OE loyalty.
Utilise sales data to identify and target local opportunities with repairers.
Act as main company liaison to all paint and consumables companies on central billing.
Exceed paint and consumables sales objectives by maximising revenue and profit though existing and new central billing agreements.
Develop, implement and manage write off lead management process with key insurer partners.
Exceed £250K incremental profit for Ford of Britain
Sign work referral contracts worth at least 5K incremental annualised Ford repairs into the FARC network.
Demonstrable and relevant insurance experience.
Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
The ability to work within tight and demanding deadlines.
Highly influential, capable of developing excellent operating relationships
Ability to prioritise workload, develop implementation schedules and work to timing plans
Computer literate, with experience of Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
