You will be responsible for delivering hands on Management and Leadership to a network of centres across the country. Through a regular schedule of centre visits and management meetings you will support performance across three main revenue streams through action planning, circulation of best practice and staff motivation.
You are likely to have a background in either automotive or retail but will in any case demonstrate true focus and a strong track record of sales performance through a structured approach encompassing attention to detail, great communication, training and coaching , excellent customer service and staff motivation.
