Internal Account Manager – Corporate Accounts Team
c£28k dependent on experience plus bonus and benefits including company car

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and wants to utilise their well established people management skills to manage our busy customer service team that is responsible for relationships with our corporate accounts customers. Reporting to the Head of Customer Services your role is to manage, lead, inspire and motivate the Corporate Accounts team to perform to best practice in the effective delivery of our products and services. You will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of management reporting and attend and participate in customer and supplier review meetings when appropriate. The role also involves working closely with our Corporate Sales Account Managers on the current and future delivery of customer development plans.

This role involves line management responsibility and therefore you must have the skills to manage monthly staff appraisals and monitor performance against objectives. You will need to be able to work under pressure, be innovative and be capable of building strong relationships both externally and internally.

Experience of working in the vehicle leasing and fleet management industry is highly desired but if you share our passion for delivering excellent customer service, have the appropriate transferable skills, experience and the ability to understand the complexities of our customer’s vehicle fleets, then we want to hear from you.
