Internal Account Manager – Strategic Accounts Team
c£28k dependent on experience plus bonus and benefits including company car

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to utilise and develop their account management and people management skills to deliver excellent service to the customer. The role reports into the Head of Customer Services and combines responsibility for the operational relationship with one (or a number) of our strategic accounts and the line responsibility for the team that looks after that customer. You will participate in customer review meetings, compiling reports and feeding back on KPI achievement and work closely with the Sales Account Manager to ensure future customer development strategies can be delivered operationally by your team.

This role involves line management responsibility and therefore you must have the skills to manage monthly staff appraisals and monitor performance against objectives. You will need to be able to work under pressure, be innovative and be capable of building strong relationships both externally and internally.

Experience of working in the vehicle leasing and fleet management industry is highly desired but if you share our passion for delivering excellent customer service, have the appropriate transferable skills, experience and the ability to understand the complexities of our customer’s vehicle fleets, then we want to hear from you.
