Close Motor Finance is one of the UK’s fastest growing motor finance companies, providing vehicle finance for consumers via a network of motor dealers across the UK and Ireland.
Due to the continuing success of our Key Account Division we are recruiting three additional key account managers in the regions below. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager within the motor finance industry.
Candidates should be located within the following territories:
Yorkshire/North East
South/ South West
These roles involve the management of an existing portfolio of large dealers, with additional focus on acquiring new opportunities within the car and light commercial vehicle market
You should have a proven record of exceeding challenging targets by:-
  • Developing a sales strategy together with a business plan for the territory
  • Ensure dealer relationships perform to opportunity
  • Recruit new dealers to fit the scope of Close Motor Finance
  • Embed solid relationship management principles
Experience/Skills Required:
      • Exceptional people skills
      • Experience of negotiating and influencing to a senior level
      • Broad experience across the finance sector
      • Demonstrable knowledge and passion for motor finance
      • Demonstrable knowledge of credit analysis
      • Demonstrable evidence of meeting and exceeding challenging objectives
      • Strong acquisition skills
