Specialising in working within the automotive sector with many large automotive manufacturers delivering bespoke learning and development programmes to maximise the skill levels and productivity of their employees our client enjoys great success and stability within the industry.
The Jaguar Land Rover Apprenticeship Programme now requires a competent lead instructor to take the new commercial apprenticeship training programme forward. This role will be supporting the training delivery team in developing and delivering excellence across the non-technical subject areas of the programme including the new retail sales, parts and service advisor apprenticeships.
The scope of this role is to lead the personal development and training team to deliver high quality training and assessment activities for all commercial JLR Apprentices and their employing dealers. To continually assess the delivery and monitor quality of these activities to ensure they remain a high standard. Work with the delivery and assessment team to develop new training methods and materials to continually meet the requirements of the JLR brand the awarding body.
You will need to have achieved your assessor award, be a confident trainer and have the passion to take this programme forward with innovative and inspiring training delivery. You will need to have current experience within the automotive sector and preferably delivered training across other manufacturers programmes.
