Learning and Development Account Director

Joining the constantly evolving learning and development team, you’ll focus on client development and ensure that yours remain up-to-date by building an in-depth understanding of their needs and the challenges they face. Involved with instructional design, you’ll also conduct client product scoping meetings, create overview documents and detail objectives, not to mention produce storyboards and copy for product guides.
Acting as project manager, you’ll brief, delegate and monitor the progress of your client’s work internally, to ensure it’s delivered to deadline and liaise with other agencies retained by your client to secure assets and information. While working with the line manager, you’ll also focus on financial forecasting and business planning - from preparing annual client development plans, to strategic service and budget management.
With experience gained in a similar role, at a similar agency, knowledge of the automotive and elearning industry is a must. Passionate, positive and determined to carve out a successful career for yourself, you’ll also need astute commercial acumen and excellent customer service skills.
